Asparagus is a vegetable that comes from the Asparagaceae family. It’s low in calories and a great source of nutrients including fiber, folate and vitamins A,C and K. It helps lose weight and improves digestion. Asparagus is mostly eaten by itself but people either grilled or broiled it to eat it on the side after their meals.
